Membership Benefits
 Our superb fishing venue provides the discerning fly fisherman with the opportunity to fish in tranquil surroundings from either boat or bank. Membership includes full use of the clubs facilities including unlimited use of the clubs boats and life jackets. There is ample private parking next to the fishing lodge, which is located close to the lake. Our members are friendly, helpful and always willing to share a tip or two on how to increase your catch rate.
 Membership Costs
We believe that membership of Newplatt Fly Fishers offers superb value for money. At £300 per year (Plus an initial £10 joining fee) you will be fishing one of the most tranquil and beautiful lakes in Cheshire and don’t forget your membership entitles you to fish for 365 days a year, should you wish to do so!
Just introduced this year is our Country Member Scheme. It is for those members that live more than 50 miles from the lake. The scheme offers a reduced membership fee of £210 per year (Plus an initial £10 joining fee) inclusive of all club benefits.
You may ask how we can offer such quality fishing for such a modest fee. The answer is simple. The club is run on a non-commercial basis with particular focus on providing high quality fly fishing at a very reasonable cost. Membership is on an annual basis running from January to December but we do allow new members to join during the year on favourable terms. To maintain the quality of our fishing we place a strict limit on the number of members in the club. At the moment we have a few vacancies and once these have been taken up we would be happy to place you on a waiting list. Please contact us for further details.
